(b) Leading Your People
This task is to perform a role play. The role play is about a group of war refugees who have arrived in Malaysia and hope to start a new life. The concept that is relevant to this role play is the Maslow's Hierarchy of Needs.

This assignment is a charity drive. The charity drive event was held at 10 February 2014 to 14 February 2014. Below are the videos of the charity drive.
Video 1 : This video is about the objective of the charity drive event. The objective of the charity drive raise fund for World Vision Malaysia and sell certain amount of products.

The report for Charity Drive Event
After complete this module, I feel that this module is importance to us as business are around us and everywhere. The knowledge of this subject is all about business like how to start a business, how to manage it and so on. Throughout this module, a few Taylor's Graduate Capabilities are achieved. First is the discipline specific. This module is success to provide me a solid foundation knowledge of business. While the second learning outcome is life long learning. All of the knowledge are relate and can be apply in our daily life because we will having business almost everyday. Thirdly, is communication skill. This can be prof from the class works and assignments as I need to present and communicate with other people when doing these tasks. Among all the topic, I like the topic of Developing Marketing Strategics very much. This is because in this topic, it explains the basic marketing plans which is the 5Ps. After I know about it, I will be able to become a smart buyer. Next, the customer buying process is also be covered in this topic. I did not know this before. However, after I understand this process, I can apply it when I decide to buy something in order to avoid be cheated or buy an expensive item. On the other hand, the topic that I dislike is managing your business. This is because this topic is very long and it contains a lot of concept and theories need to be understand and memorize. In conclusion, the introduction to business is a fun and easy module, as we can relate it with our daily life experiences.
