Social Psychology

Social Psychology contain 2 assignment one is journal and the other is research assignment. This is my first time study social psychology,  previously, I just know about it from the TV programs or dramas. I feel like social psychology is very cool, you can use it to look through people's mind. However, after I complete this module, I feel like social psychology is fun but not easy. It cover many theories and most of them are the result of researches or surveys.

 For Journal we are required to write down our opinion after having the lecture and relate it with our experience. I achieved two learning outcome at the same time by doing the Journal. The first one is Discipline Specific Knowledge. I understand the theories or concept of the social psychology, so that I able to write and relate it with my experience. Next, is Life Long Learning. By writing the journal I found that sometimes a few theories can be related in a small situation. Our behavior or action can be explain by using the psychology theories.

Assignment

For the assignment, we are required to form a group and conduct a research about a selected topic. Our group select " can couple become friend after break up? " as our topic. It divided into individual work and group work. The individual work is to do a research proposal out. While the group works are carry out the survey, analysis the data, then convert it into a report. Lastly, present the result. The learning outcome of Discipline Specific Knowledge is also achieved throughout this assignment. We understand how to conduct and analysis a research after this assignment. Besides, the communication skills is also practiced in this assignment. This is because as a group, we need to communicate with each other and discuss about the survey. In addition, we need to talk to the stranger or participants to fill in the survey form. At last, we also need to present about the survey.
